For safety, when shipping your order to us, please use Registered Post. All finished orders returned to you by post are shipped by Registered Post within Australia and the equivalent for overseas.

If you intend to ship your slides inside a slide box/case/carousel, we have no way to estimate the return shipping cost
because weight and size can vary greatly. When we receive the package we will contact you about the actual shipping/handling cost.
Drop-offs and pick-ups
If you live in the Brisbane, Burpengary, Nanango or Jimboomba area of Queensland, you can drop off and pick up your order. Some people ship their order to us and pick it up when it's done. That saves them the return shipping/handling cost.

Packing slides and negatives for shipping
To help keep our prices low, whenever possible, we will use the same packaging we receive your order in to ship it back to you. Please keep this in mind when packing your order to us.
Negatives
- Put your completed Order Form and any instructions to us inside an envelope.
- Put your negatives into a large enough envelope that the negatives can lay flat.
- Place the negatives envelope and the Order Form envelope together between two pieces of cardboard larger than the envelopes. The cardboard should be stiff enough that it won't get bent in the mail.
- Tape the edges of the cardboard so nothing can slip out.
- If it will fit into another large envelope, slide it in, seal with strong packing tape, and address it to us.
- Otherwise, box it up, seal with strong packing tape, and address it to us.
- Write FRAGILE - DO NOT BEND OR DROP on the outside.
- Make sure your return address is on the outside.
Slides (without the slide box/case/carousel)
 Put your completed Order Form and any instructions to us inside an envelope.- Stack 25 or so slides together and wrap securely in bubble wrap.
NOTE: If you want your slides in a certain order, you MUST number them BEFORE wrapping them.
- Continue to stack and wrap as in # 3.
- Choose a box that all the slide bundles will fit into comfortably.
- Spread layer of "peanuts" or other filler on the bottom.
- Put the slide bundles on this filler.
- If you're also shipping negatives and/or photos or anything else with the slides, wrap them separately before putting them into the box with the slides.
- Cover everything with more filler until the box is completely full. The items inside should not be able to move around when you tilt the box. If they can, add more filler.
- Seal the box with strong packing tape.
- Write FRAGILE - DO NOT BEND OR DROP on the outside of the box.
- Make sure your return address is on the outside of the box.
 Return time
For slides and negatives it usually takes 10 to 15 working days from the time we receive it to send it back to you. The time varies depending on our backlog, and of course the size of your order.
We will do our best to return your completed order as quickly as possible. Please note, we are NOT responsible for postal delays.
We overheard an Aussie telling a tourist the other day that a kangaroo delivers his mail in its pouch. We definitely are not responsible if you mail to us this way.
Christmas Presents
If your order is a Christmas present, please send it at least 5 weeks before the date you need it. We receive a lot of orders during this period and cannot guarantee it will be in your hands for Christmas otherwise.

All slides and negatives we receive from you, will be returned to you.
