Can you fix photos that have turned orange?
For some photos we can restore the colour and there is no extra charge for this. However, when the original colour is gone, you'll need to use our Retouch Service to restore it. Please see our Retouching Service FAQ for more information.
How will my old and faded photographs look?
We can do an amazing job of restoring colour and contrast. There is no additional charge to do colour enhancement.
Do I get my originals back?
All photographs are returned to you in their original condition. They are not harmed in the transfer processes we use.
Do I need to give you a blank disc?
No. We provide all CDs required FREE with your order. |
Do you put it on a CD or DVD?
Scanned photographs are put on a CD. This is what you'll get back along with your originals. The amount we can fit on a CD depends on the size of each photograph.
We use as many CDs as needed to transfer all your photos at no extra cost.

What size image will I receive?
Photographs are scanned at 300dpi resolution in JPG format. This size image will print a high quality photo. For scanned photographs, the size you can print out will be the same size or greater than the original you provided.
We can also save your photographs in practically any format you require such as TIFF and at higher resolutions as well.
